Convocation Series Questionnaire
The Indiana State University Convocation Series provides an
opportunity for students, faculty and staff, and community
members to experience cultural and artistic events. The Convocation
Series Committee would greatly appreciate your time in filling
out this questionnaire to assist usin evaluating how we can
improve your experiences. Also you will be registered in a drawing
for a pair of complementary season tickets for the 1996-97 season.
